Hello, I’m Anna, a Clinical Psychologist and CBT therapist with experience working across a range of mental health difficulties in both the NHS and private sector.
I draw on various psychological models, including, but not limited to, CBT, CFT, EMDR and DBT. I specialise in working with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image. I also have a special interest in trauma, including complex-PTSD, and maternal mental health, including birth trauma.
I believe that therapy is a highly individual process, best approached through the development of a shared understanding of a person's current situation.
