Do you feel stuck, trapped or weighed down by past experiences or life's challenges? I work by providing a safe and non-judgemental space for you to be able to explore your experiences so that together we can then work out how you want to proceed. It may be that talking things through is all you need, and that this provides the support and catharsis that enables you to face your challenges with more resilience, or it may be that we then look at specific techniques and coping strategies to give you the tools to free yourself. Whatever you are going through we can come up with a plan together to help you manage what's troubling you.
My specialist area is trauma, which doesn't always appear the way it's portrayed in the media, sometimes the biggest relief is finally understanding why you have been feeling the way you have for so long and realising there are a range of specialist approaches that can really help you to put traumatic events behind you and finally move on with your life.
