My name is Anna. I retrained as an Integrative Counsellor, having experienced for myself, how transformative counselling was on my own personal journey. Life can be hard, and I will walk alongside you as you navigate feelings such as fear, confusion, shock, shame, rejection, grief, anger, and sadness. I will support your therapeutic journey within an empathetic, authentic, non-judgemental, safe space. I work collaboratively and will help you find a deeper understanding of how you think and how to process the parts of life that are hard for you right now.
My experience and training will support you through, depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts and OCD. Together we will help you feel empowered, strong and in charge of your future. We will get your needs met and recognise what is in your control and out of your control. In unison we will navigate you through grief, rejection, hurt and confusion.
I would like you to feel heard, understood and walked alongside, in this tough journey called life. I have an unconditionally positive approach, sometimes coaching in style, always tailored to your needs. Fundamentally, I believe in people, in listening and learning from others.
