Are you feeling anxious or overwhelmed? Do you find yourself in a difficult situation or find yourself falling into the same patterns of behaviour? Whatever you are experiencing, you don’t have to manage on your own. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can share and explore your thoughts and feelings openly.
Starting counselling can be daunting and so can finding the right counsellor. I provide a calm, warm and friendly atmosphere where you will be accepted for who you are. There are no demands or expectations, just a relaxed, empathic environment that supports growth at your pace and where you can truly be yourself.
We will work collaboratively to create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe that you are the expert in your life and through our work, you will find ways to reconnect to yourself, trust yourself and your own judgement, and ultimately, make decisions and find the answers that are right for you.
Sometimes it can be hard to talk, even to our closest friends and family. We might be worried about their reaction. Or we may feel that we are alone and have no-one to turn to. However you are feeling, I am here to walk alongside you, supporting you on your journey.
