My name is Anna a dedicated & experienced counsellor & personal coach working in person & online. I work with young people (16+) and adults. I understand that reaching out for help can feel really difficult. I have a wealth of life experience and have been through my own difficulties in the past. This gives me a down to earth, positive and nurturing approach with clients. I am neurodiversity-affirming and home education friendly.

I have a particular interest in working with women struggling with fertility issues, pregnancy loss, post-natal depression, transitioning into parenthood, parenting, peri-menopause and juggling the many pressures of life.
