I am a psychotherapist on the spectrum with ADHD. I have been late diagnosed, so I can relate to NT and ND. I understand how life-changing it can be for anyone to be diagnosed with Autism. I am helping people who are experiencing detachment, unexplained pain, and lack of stability, along with high levels of emotional distress, mood difficulties, shame, guilt, difficulties with self-esteem, making sense out of a late diagnosis and difficulties in life in general. I offer a non-judgmental, welcoming space where you can find your own solutions and paths to growth and resilience.
I specialised in Autism in Adults, attachment disorder and trauma. I hold MSc in Psychology, MSC in Counselling, NLP Practitioner. I am a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), the British Psychological Society and the International Trainers Academy of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
