I’ve been through my own struggles with alcohol, and entered residential rehab in 2007 as a single mum of 3 young children. It was an immense challenge but I overcame many demons with the help of empathetic professionals. I decided to retrain from teacher to counsellor so that I could support others in addressing unhelpful thoughts and behaviours and live meaningful, contented lives. After 16 years in recovery, I understand that every journey is different but we all strive for the same thing: inner contentment and sustainable change.
I offer 1:1 Addictions Counselling, both online and face-to-face. I will help you to find your own answers to the challenges you’re facing in a non-judgemental, confidential, safe setting. I'm counsellor to many international clients, some of whom need just a brief intervention, whilst others wish to book anything from 6-18 sessions in advance.
