Hello! My name is Anna, life can be really hard at times cant it, which can leave us feeling overwhelmed with sadness, stress and anxiety. I believe that we are all individual thus I Integrate humanistic, developmental and relational approaches to offer a personalised therapy, appropriate for your needs. I offer day sessions 9-5 and evening sessions 5.30-8.30 sat 9-1
