I am an experienced therapist with a down to earth and relaxed approach giving my clients the space to explore and work through struggles and issues they are facing at their own pace. I am based in Brixham and provide both online and in person sessions.
I work with individuals and couples providing a safe confidential space for them to explore and consider all those issues they may be facing. It can be scary to sit with someone you don't know telling them your most intimate concerns - I can provide a therapeutic space where you can be truly heard and accepted for who you are without any judgement.
I work as an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, drawing on a number of different modalities. I work with various issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, isolation, disordered eating, neurodiversity issues, loneliness - as well as having specific experience around life limiting conditions and bereavement.
Life can be such a struggle and it can feel like there will never be a chance to thrive and be the person you want to be when you may have faced so many set backs and got lost on the way. I believe we can be who ever we want to be and don't have to be defined by what has happened to us.
