I hold both an BA and MA in Counselling and have over 23 years of experience working with adults and couples. I am trained in a range of therapeutic approaches and work integratively, tailoring therapy to meet your individual needs.
Counselling offers a supportive space to talk openly about the challenges you are facing in life. Alongside being deeply listened to, you will be supported to develop greater self-understanding and learn tools to help you in life.
