I am Anna, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor and Consultant for the TV, Media and Radio. I have worked in the NHS in mental health services since 2014, specialising in supporting working age adults presenting with a range of difficulties. I am able to support both individuals and couples. I specialise in supporting people from the LGBTQI+ community and creative professionals. As a person from the LGBTQI+ community, with a background of having grown up in the fashion world in Italy, I have an ability to create a non-judgmental space where safe exploration of different aspects of your identity is encouraged.
As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist I am trained in a range of therapies and can offer an integrative approach tailored to your needs. I specialise in working with individuals and couples from the LGBTQI+ community and people who work in the creative industry. I have extensive experience working as a trauma specialist and am trained in EMDR.
We all go through difficult times in our lives that can have an impact on our psychological wellbeing and mental health. Asking for support can be a scary process and difficult to navigate. The stigma around mental health in our society can often make us feel ashamed. Talking with somebody can be an important initial step towards recovery.
