I am passionate in supporting people by creating a safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore difficult topics in a comfortable way. I use an integrative approach drawing ideas from different psychological therapy models so that I can adapt the therapeutic space to the individual needs of my clients. I am a qualified Senior Clinical Psychologist and have experience working across various settings within the NHS and private practice. I am passionate in working with people who identify as LGBTQ+.

I am skilled in working with a series of psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and difficulties associated with traumatic experiences, relational difficulties, OCD. I have specialist training in EMDR.
We all go through difficult times in our lives that can have an impact on our psychological wellbeing and mental health. Asking for support can be a scary process and difficult to navigate. The stigma around mental health in our society can often make us feel ashamed. Talking with somebody can be an important initial step towards recovery.
