Navigating a world built for neurotypical minds can be relentless. If you're neurodivergent (or wondering whether you might be), you may have spent years adapting, masking, and pushing through, often without support that truly fits.
I'm a neurodivergent therapist who specialises in working with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence. I don't offer formulaic approaches. Instead, we work collaboratively to find what actually helps you, drawing on a range of therapeutic methods tailored to how you think, feel, and process the world.
I also work with a wide range of other difficulties, always meeting you as you are.
I'm trained in EMDR, trauma counselling, therapeutic coaching, LGBT+ affirming couples and family work, journal therapy, dream therapy, NLP, and Non-Violent Communication. I integrate these fluidly, so our work together can be shaped around what genuinely helps.
