I work with an integrative approach, combining Person Centred Therapy with techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy and Mindfulness, drawing from different approaches to offer you the counselling that will best suit your needs, as a unique individual. I also offer EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desentisation and Reprocessing).
People come to counselling for many reasons, and in most cases, there are several factors that combine to make life challenging.
