Holding hope until you’re ready to hold it yourself, I’m a counsellor with professional and lived experience. I offer a safe, compassionate space to feel heard, build insight, and create lasting change.
While my specialism is in addiction, my integrative training means I can also support you with a wide range of mental health challenges from anxiety, depression to ADHD and trauma. My experience includes working with couples, neurodiversity and the elderly. We'll work together to explore what's holding you back so you can live a happier, healthy life.
Whilst im a qualified counsellor and therapist, im first and foremost a fellow human being. My own journey through alcohol addiction and trauma has shaped the way I work in a deeply personal and unique way. It allows me to meet clients with real empathy, compassion, as I know what its like to struggle and heal.
