My name is Annie, and I work with children/young people (aged 11+) and adults seeking therapy for a range of reasons including; Anxiety, depression/low mood, self harm/suicidal ideation, emotion regulation, distress, life changes, loss/bereavement.
If it is your first time accessing therapy and are feeling worried about it we can explore those feelings together. I’m here to provide a safe and confidential space for you where you can learn coping skills that you can use going forwards. In this space I want you to feel safe and supported.
