I am an Integrative counsellor, Life Coach and NLP practitioner. I believe every client is unique and I like to work together with my clients to help them untangle their pasts and look forward to a brighter future. I will never judge you or your decisions, I understand life is never black and white and most of us do the best we can with the resources available to us. I work with those struggling with their own mental health and those who are supporting someone with mental health. I understand the fear of families trying to navigate often complex and slow MH systems. I am just a human sharing my experience and expertise.
I specialise in people, I am sure here I am supposed to tell you how I can help with ocd, stress, depression, trauma, and anxiety, they are symptoms and I am more interested in helping you find a way of relieving them. I work with adult children of alcoholics and addicts, helping them to recover their teenage years. I also work with CSA and complex trauma.
I am always humbled by the strength of the human spirit and the individuals ability to find the answers themselves. I like to be your guide, translator and map to help you find those answers. We all process emotions differently and I like to help you understand your way of processing.
