Hi, I'm Ann, an experienced, qualified and BACP accredited integrative psychotherapist and supervisor, working in Esher and Bank EC2. I offer an empathic, collaborative and individualised approach to therapy, to help you gain perspective and make sense of the challenges you are facing. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on different psycho-therapeutic models to find the best approach for you, to help equip you to move forward in life with greater ease, and give you greater potential for further positive change.
Having worked for the NHS and BUPA means that I have had the privilege of working with a number of presenting issues with people from many walks of life. I am experienced in working on a broad area of issues including: anxiety and depression; relationship issues; phobias; postnatal depression; low self-esteem; sexual issues; bullying and bereavement.
