My role is to facilitate you to achieve your therapeutic goals. Whether you are struggling in a relationship or with work issues, dealing with loss or feeling anxious, I can help you to unlock your potential, uncover emotional blocks and retrain your mindset so that you can lead the life you feel in control of.
I work collaboratively with you because I believe you are the expert on your life. I am integrative in my approach because I don't believe that one size fits all. I work on a short or a long term basis depending on what the issues are that you present.
It can feel like a lonely journey if you are going through personal difficulties and taking the first step to reach out can feel challenging. However this could be the first positive step you take for yourself in getting your life back on track and gaining a fresh perspective.
