I choose to work from a Person centred approach as I value each person as unique and hold a deep and prevailing trust in an individual's capacity to choose a way of being that is meaningful for them.
When you are navigating your way through life, its sometimes hard to trust in your own decision making process. I believe we all have the capacity to change and that the conditions deemed necessary for sufficient change within the Person-centred approach can help to reorganise and name experiences that may have previously been denied to your awareness.
