I am a BACP Registered therapist based in Brighton. I provide an inclusive, safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your concerns and for the truth to be spoken. I use a variety of techniques tailored to your needs and can also work creatively at times when it is hard to find the right words. We work in partnership to enhance personal insight and empower you to facilitate change and at the same time to increase your interest and focus on self care for your physical and mental wellbeing.
I have a private practice in Brighton and Hove and work with all age groups from young people to older adults, neuro-typical and neurodiverse. I am interested in the whole person - body, mind, emotions, relationships, family and social context and have a particular interest in trauma, attachment, relationships, life transitions and living with illness.
I understand from lived experience the importance of support to help you work towards achieving good mental health. Do contact me to find out more. I hope to hear from you soon and wish you well.
