Hello, My name is Anita and I am an Accredited BACP Counsellor based in Lindale, (Grange over Sands) Cumbria, UK. I have nearly twenty years professional experience working with adults, couples and young people through crisis, loss, trauma and unexpected life changes. Within the counselling it will help you address these issues, get to the route of why you may be feeling this way, along with developing a different approach in tackling them. In every session, I maintain a friendly and compassionate approach, whilst professionally adhering to BACP ethics and framework.
I have worked for Agencies, Charities, Schools, Youth Offending, Victim Support as well as having my own Private Practice, thus bring a lot of experience to the session. I work with individuals, couples and families. Some of the issues that I can support you with is trauma, anger, loss and bereavement, abuse, stress etc.
