Life is full of events, relationships, stresses and strains and all these impact on us in many different ways. It can affect all the important things to us such as school, work, relationships and our own perception of ourselves. This can be tiring and overwhelming. Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be this way and I believe strongly that a person can benefit from having a space to discuss their feelings and develop ideas and strategies to improve their emotional wellbeing.
My aim is to offer flexible, compassionate bespoke psychological therapies which help you to develop an understanding of your difficulties and work towards your goals. I am multi-lingual (speak Hindi, Urdu and fluent Punjabi). I have experience working with young people and adults and I use a range of psychological therapies including DBT, CFT, EMDR.
I appreciate it must be quite difficult to pick someone to start this journey with and there are many things you may want to discuss before engaging in therapy. I offer a 15 minute free telephone consultation which will give you a chance to explore your difficulties and give you a sense of whether I am the "right person" to support you.
