Hello, I really understand how difficult it is to seek help - I offer an initial free 15 minute chat for any questions, as seeking help can feel so overwhelming and incredibly daunting to tackle alone. I can support you in your journey to find peace, whatever your concern. I provide a warm, non-judgemental and empathic relationship based upon trust and sensitivity, to help you explore your worries and heal, so that you may be equipped to face life with renewed energy and self-compassion. In the words of Yalom, regardless of style of therapy, "It's the relationship that heals, the relationship that heals..."
I have both life experience and professional experience - I have a BA in Integrative Counselling (1st) and am BACP Accredited. I aim to tailor the sessions to suit your needs and take a flexible approach to ensure that you are receiving the best service for you personally - in other words, the therapy is not prescriptive as "one size does not fit all".
It is important to me that you feel at ease, heard and understood. I offer a reduced fee initial session (£35) to help you decide whether you feel comfortable to work with me. I also review our work together regularly as it is important for me to know whether you are finding the sessions helpful and we are discussing what is important to you.
