About
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who offers both telephone and video-based therapy. I have a PG Diploma in CBT and have trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which allows me to utilise a combination of techniques most suited to individual needs. I work with both adults and young people aged 16 upwards. I am experienced at working with individuals who are struggling with low mood, depression and anxiety.
My specialisms include anxiety disorders and addictions. I am committed to helping clients move towards their goals and freedom in their lives. During therapy, we establish what you would like to achieve. We will work together to make sense of the problem and identify difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviours. My aim is to help you discover more about you.
Choosing therapy to work through your problems, pain or distress can be a difficult decision. I offer a warm and collaborative approach and have an active and direct manner where we focus on what matters to you. I value trust, connection and learning which underpin my personal style as a psychotherapist.
