Are you having difficulties with your relationship? Are you having constant arguments or has your partner had an affair? Relationships are difficult at the best of times, but sometimes can feel too difficult to manage without some help. Whether individually or together, relationship counselling can enable you to find a way through these difficulties. Counselling will enable you to talk things through in a safe space and to create a better, healthier relationship. It can also help you to end one that isn't working and to help you to explore what you want to do next, especially when there are children involved.
I fully comply with all professional codes of practice and am a trained and experienced couple counsellor. I have worked with many clients from many differing backgrounds and issues. This has given me the understanding of how unique every relationship is and how best to work with each couple or individual experiencing relationship issues.
You will find my approach warm and empathic. The aim is to help you to feel safe enough to talk openly about things that you might find difficult at first. I will work to your pace and with what you are comfortable with bringing to the session. Talking about difficult issues can be hard, but this is a process that will hopefully become easier.
