I offer affordable sessions with a warm and friendly approach to help you talk through your worries at your own pace. We can work outside in nature or in my comfortable and private therapy room located in my garden in the Peak District.
I am a BACP registered, integrative counsellor with many years' experience of working in education. I can help you with family and relationship issues, grief and loss and anxiety and depression. I specialise in supporting autistic and ADHD diagnosed young people and adults.
