I have experience of working with a range of issues including sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, chronic illness and adjusting to sight loss. I can provide you with the tools you need to handle your emotions so they do not grow to overwhelm you. I offer a safe space for you to process how you feel. My approach is open, non-judgmental and encouraging. I will work with you to explore and think about successful ways forward.
I can provide therapy sessions of 60 minutes either face-to-face, on-line or telephone. As well as providing a safe supportive space, being an integrative counsellor, I combine a number of different psychotherapeutic methods in order to tailor therapy to your needs.
I can act as a guide to enable you to improve your psychological resilience to the challenges and difficulties you are facing in your life. My work is dedicated to raising self awareness and growth.
