Current crisis, Deeper issue, Self Care. Surprisingly quite often the thing that brings a person to seek support may be a way in to understanding deeper causes of unhappiness, anxiety or depression. Sometimes people live with a feeling of "something just not being quite right". Counselling can help develop Self-Awareness which in turn can be life changing! That’s the good news - but like most things in life it doesn’t happen without effort, and can be painful, but the results are definitely worth it! So be brave and you may look forward to personal growth and hopefully increased happiness. I look forward to hearing from you.
Whatever is troubling you I will encourage you to tell me about it in a safe and nonjudgmental setting. You can share things that perhaps you don’t want to talk to friends or family about. Together we will endeavour to fully explore and understand your feelings, reduce distress, and support you to move forward as you choose.
If you would like to get in touch to arrange an initial appointment please do so. The fee for Online sessions is £60 (£65 after 5pm) From 1/1/2024 £65 (£70 after 5pm). I also offer limited face to face session the fee is £80 (£85 after 5pm) from 1/1/2024 it is £85 (£90 after 5pm). All appointments are for 50 mins. I look forward to hearing from you.
