I’m a creative, holistic practitioner with 25 years experience. I use a bespoke approach where you're offered treatment specific to your needs and goals, and I draw on many modalities. These include arts therapies, compassion focussed, positive psychology, CBT, depth psychology and psychoanalysis. Your journey is unique, and my role as your psychotherapist is to provide opportunity for you to gain insight about your challenges, work through them at a pace that's comfortable for you, and find healing solutions so you can make different, authentic life choices. I work in a trauma informed model and also consider ancestral legacies.
You may have symptoms of depression, anxiety or feel confused and conflicted at a deep level. You may need to express painful thoughts, memories or feelings, too difficult to manage on your own. You could be acting in destructive ways and hurting yourself or those close to you. You may be in life transition and need clarity. I will support you through.
