Working with trauma within the principles of humanistic therapy, Angeline offers EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) for people who have experienced traumatic or difficult emotional experiences impacting on their daily life. Also trained in Third Wave CBT including Compassion-Focused and Acceptance and Commitment Therapeutic skills.
