I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years of experience in the NHS. I work integratively offering evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and EMDR (EMDR Europe certified). I work collaboratively to help you identify what is keeping you stuck and set goals for changes that are important for you. You have the answers and I believe in being alongside you on the journey of exploring, understanding yourself and providing a space for you to grow and heal, opening up new possibilities for the future.
Working integratively means that I can combine different types of therapy to suit your needs. I support people with issues concerning low self-esteem, body image and appearance concerns, stress, worries, sadness, relationship issues and work-related stress and burnout. I also work with issues of identity and culture.
