I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am experienced in working with issues around depression, grief, bereavement and anxiety. I am also experienced in working with diversity, cultural and immigration. I practice in a psychodynamic/person centred way, exploring with clients their current situation and helping them to find relief and reach solutions. I have an experience of working with a wide range of clients, to include children, young people and adults, gained via work in statutory and charity/voluntary sectors.
I work with a variety of issues that can affect both children and adults. I am also keen to hear from those who have been affected by intergenerational trauma.
