I’m passionate about clients ‘feeling better’. 'Better' can look different for everyone - whether you want to feel less worried or anxious each day, or you want to feel less annoyed or disrespected about something, or you want to feel more loved or appreciated in your relationship with your partner or family/ child. Maybe you're feeling isolated, lonely, upset, angry or scared after a loss? I will support you and work at your pace, listen to what you want and help you achieve “ your better”. Whether that's feeling more confident, content, optmistic, hopeful, proud, or inspired in yourself, in your relationship, or in your family.
You don’t have to work this all out by yourself. Contacting a counsellor may be a little nerve-racking if you are feeling scared or aren't sure that you are doing the right thing. If something is worrying or upsetting you then be reassured, I've the experience, skills, can help you and want to help you. No issue that you bring to me is too big or too small.
Online counselling and walk and talk counselling with me will include kindness, being curious, being respected and valued, honesty. I want to listen to what kind of help you think you need.
