Hi! I welcome you to my quiet counselling room, as well as offering sessions via video or telephone. I specialise working with individuals, couples, & families with anxieties, bereavements, depression, & relationship challenges. I have much experience in treating ADHD/ASD, OCD & other inherited cognitive frustrations that can burden us, often filling us with shame, fear, anger, self-hate, emotional extremes, & self-harm. I'm near Lisburn & Belfast. I also offer Mindfulness, EMDR, & DBT. Please note: I gladly offer concessions to nurses & all others in the helping professions. Spread the word!
I am an Integrative Counsellor; put simply this means that my training allows me to work in more than one type of therapy and am therefore able to tailor counselling to meet your needs. I'm a yoga and Pilates professional which enables working with your body and mind—this part of my practice is not utilised in the counselling room at all unless you request.
Whatever your concerns or issues I will work with you in a supportive, non-judgemental and considerate way. It is an honour to help during your time of needing support and look forward to hearing from you to help you find your best life.
