People come to counselling for lots of different reasons. Sometimes they are struggling with a particular issue or phase in life and want support to understand it or to work through it. Perhaps you are unhappy with how you respond to people or situations in your life and you'd like to understand why you do what you do and what it might be like if things were different. I am an integrative therapist, which means I use various models and theories in my work and adapt my style as appropriate for your needs and preferences.
