I will be there just for you, to help you review your feelings, understand their basis, and find the best way to improve your situation.
We can either have face-to-face appointments in comfortable, risk-assessed, anonymous rooms in the centre of Wokingham, or telephone and Zoom meetings for those who live further afield. Calling on techniques from a variety of therapies your sessions will be tailored specifically to your requirements.
