I am a BACP Accredited therapist with a wealth of life experience, as well as experience with counselling people going through a wide range of emotional life events. You do not have to do this on your own. The first step is the hardest and that is to make the call to reach out for help. I offer sessions via telephone, video, or face-to-face. I work from a therapy room in the Mayura Yoga Studio in Thorpe Bay. I have experience of working with many different difficulties and life challenges as well as a lot of personal experiences of the same. I cannot give you solutions to your problems but can work with you to help you develop the tools and skills you need to be able to live your life.
I know it is hard to take that first step, but once you have made the call and got your first appointment booked in you will be glad you have. It is definitely not a weakness to ask for help. We can work at your pace with you in control of where we go. Together we will build a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings.
