I am a professionally qualified Accredited Psychotherapist (CBT), based in Paisley, providing therapy services face-to-face and online. I use an integrative style leading with empathy and compassion and the skillset of CBT (ACT), whilst focussing on your individual needs to get the best out of our sessions together. I aim to build a positive and trusting relationship with my clients and offer a relaxed, safe and confidential space to talk through your problems. Using a collaborative non-judgmental approach, I can assist you in learning new ways of coping, decision making and problem-solving techniques.
I can help you to explore and make sense of problems you are facing. Some people find tools and strategies help to unpack worries. Others may need support to work through any issues. Sessions are collaborative, proactive, and tailored to individual needs. We will work in a way that suits you to achieve the best result from attending therapy.
Taking the first steps can be difficult but it’s the first step in the journey to helping you. I would be delighted to hear from you and have a chat with you on the phone or via e-mail to answer any questions that you may have prior to booking. Get in touch for a free introductory call.
