I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Supervisor with over 10 years experience of working with adults of all ages experiencing a wide range of difficulties; practical and emotional. I offer a Person Centred approach, listening to your needs and working with you to explore what is best for you in a warm, safe, private environment. I am a registered member of BACP and attend relevant events, including Supervision to continually improve my practice. A room on the ground floor with off street parking is available for your appointment.

Sometimes we just need someone to talk to, someone to listen. I offer a non judgemental, confidential space to get things "off your chest" and to be able to explore what it is you want and need- what changes you want to make and how to do this- to develop as a person reducing emotional stress and anxiety.
