I work in a non-judgemental and respective way. I'm a caring, empathic and friendly person. Sometimes we need to step back and review our life and refocus and look at what matters which will then enable you to make new decisions. I will offer you a safe and confidential space where you will feel listened to without any criticism or judgment.
I'll use different models of counselling which then will able to tailor to your needs to help you increase your own self-awareness which will help you be more aware of you. My speciality is supporting people who have been through Domestic Abuse, childhood trauma, substance misuse, anxiety, self harming, bereavement, suicide, parenting and relationships.
I believe it’s important to build a good trusting relationship within the counselling environment to empower a person to be able to make their own decision and to begin to move forward. Together through the counselling process you will be able to gain healing from the past and the freedom in the future as you will be in control of your thoughts and emotions
