I appreciate it may have taken a great deal of courage to arrive at my profile today and I extend a warm welcome to you. I understand and value highly the support that counselling provides, particularly at a time when it feels as though you are struggling alone with few options. Maybe you're feeling a bit lost, anxious, stressed, depressed or confused. Struggling with something and could use some support to help explore and resolve it? Are you ready to make some changes to improve the quality of your life? Let's take the journey together to find understanding, clarity and relief as you gain improvement to the quality of your life.
I provide both short and longer term therapy for adults and young people (11-18yrs). I offer my experience of successful work with anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, identity and several other difficulties that can be overcome. I offer Face-to-face and online video sessions. I am also qualified and offer clinical supervision to other therapists and professionals.
Initially, I suggest a brief phone call to discuss your requirements and get a feel for compatibility. If agreeable, we'll book an assessment session which will enable us to get to know each other a little, for you to talk about things and decide if we can work together.
