Hello, and welcome to my page. Life can be difficult at times and we may need someone to talk to about our overwhelming feelings, or help us with logical thinking. We can get stuck in a negative cycle, or have a deep sense of being lost, alone, different or unsure of who we are. There maybe something current that you are struggling with and need space to talk about, or there might be something historical you would like help to understand. As a relational practitioner I believe that a safe and supportive environment is an important part of the healing process and will form the foundations of our work together.
I trained in Relational Transactional Analysis at Metanoia Institute in west London. Metanoia is recognised as one of the leading trainers (UK) for counselling and psychotherapy. I have experience working with Anxiety, Depression (including low self-esteem), Bereavement and Trauma; including adult survivors of childhood trauma and neglect.
I believe that we all have the ability to feel confident and at ease with who we are; this helps us to experience greater autonomy and feelings of inner wellbeing. We all deserve to be heard and seen for who we are. Experiencing difficulties and struggling alone are common; the act of reaching out for help is the first step in the healing process.

Groups
Bereavement and loss
I am offering weekly group meetings (groups no more than 6) supporting those with bereavement and loss as a specific focus. Sessions will commence with a minimum of 3 people and will continue on a rolling basis with members joining and leaving as they are ready. Sessions will be 90 minutes at a cost of £25 per person.
