Hello, I’m Dr Aneesh Shravat and I am a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (CPscyhol, AFBPsS) with 14 years’ experience of working as a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist. I have worked in a variety of NHS and charity settings including an internationally renowned neuropsychological service. I am currently a Lead Psychologist in an Addictions Service in London. I have a warm friendly approach and am based in Cambridge. I use different evidence based therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, and Compassion focused therapies and Mindfulness.
I have been working in healthcare settings for over 17 years. I have a Doctorate In Counselling Psychology from London City University and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Bangor University. I have a strong interest in the role of compassion in helping with the stresses of today’s hectic world and have published research in this area
