I'm a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with 11 years of experience in the field. I'm able to help if you're struggling with a variety of mental health difficulties including stress, depression, insomnia, anxiety problems (including OCD, health, or social anxiety), PTSD or complex PTSD. If you feel like you need help but you're not sure exactly what the issue is then I'm happy to have a chat and we can try to get to the bottom of things together too.

My approach as a therapist is always collaborative and aims to create a treatment plan that's tailored to you. CBT is by nature a very practical therapy where we will aim to help you to understandsome of the psychological mechanisms underpinning any problems you may have, then using this framework we will help you to develop a list of techniques to beat it.

I understand how daunting it can be to reach out for help, but if you can take the first step everything will become much easier. I have lived experience of trauma and can completely empathise with the difficulties mental health problems can cause. I offer an optional free 20 minute call and am happy to answer queries through email if you have questions.
