Hello and welcome to my profile page. I am a UKCP-registered clinical psychotherapist offering short and long-term therapy in Surrey and London. Most of my work is with clients experiencing depression, low mood or anxiety. I understand that the process of therapy may appear daunting and that the first steps take a lot of courage. I also believe we all possess the capacity to make new meaning of our lives and experiences to ease any distress we may experience.
The cornerstone of my work with you will be to try to understand your experiences as you perceive them, to respect and accept you as you are and to work with you at your speed with whatever you wish to bring. I am wholly committed to ethical practice and as a registered member of the UKCP and the BACP, abide by their ethical guidelines.
As your therapist I will provide a safe environment where you can reflect confidentially with my non-judgemental support. I offer a free initial 30 minute phone consultation to all potential clients for you to decide whether you wish to proceed.
