I am a fully qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor which means my approach includes a range of theories that can support you. This approach means that my way of working can be flexible to suit your needs and support you the best that I can. I work with person-centred and psychodynamic theories.
Before our first session I will arrange a brief Introductory call to talk to you about what you can expect when you come for your first session. It will also be a good chance for you to ask any questions that you may have. It is a good opportunity to get a sense of whether you are in the right place for you.
