If you are worrying more than usual, having nightmares or flashbacks to a traumatic event, suffering from disturbed sleep or are more feeling irritable and hyper-vigilant than usual, you may be suffering from a reaction to trauma. If this strikes a cord, visit the website for more information or get in touch by email or phone. I have spent the last twenty years helping clients resolve trauma and anxiety problems and intend to spend the next twenty doing the same. I may be able to help you in London, Cheltenham or worldwide online.
I use a number of therapeutic approaches that acknowledge the mind and the body. I am an EMDR therapist, have extensive training in third wave CBT and underpin all this with an integrative, contemporary approach to therapy based on current research. If this means nothing to you, don't worry I can explain if you get in touch.
Looking for help can be tough and choosing the right person can be a big decision. It's imperative that you find a well trained, experienced practitioner who can help you map a safe course through your recovery. The development of a strong therapeutic relationship is therefore foundational in my work with all clients.
