The counselling relationship is at the heart of my work, therefore my focus is to create a warm, trusting and safe environment. Together we can explore what is happening for you and begin working through the process, avoiding judgement or dismissal. Perhaps you are experiencing anxiety, depression, low mood, low self esteem, abuse or need to process grief, difficult/overwhelming feelings, relationship issues. Maybe you would like to make some life changes and need to gain some clarity and confidence in what you are doing and where you are going. Whatever has led you to this point, I’m here to do the journey with you.
I work with adults face to face on a short or long term basis. I offer a full 50 minute (Standard counselling hour) session at a reduced rate (£35) for the initial consultation. This gives us the time and space to see if we are well suited. It is important for us to feel comfortable. If we continue together, we can meet on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
Through our relationship you will be given space and opportunity to talk freely and understand yourself better. If you feel like making changes. We can do this together.
