I have particular interest in the impact on mental health due to ill-health. This is through personal experience of living with a chronic health condition and its significant impact on my mental wellbeing. I also specialise in men's mental health issues. As a once reluctant client, I am keen to break down the stigma of seeking mental health support.
From personal experience, I fully understand the benefit therapy can bring in helping people get through dark times. Therapy helped me gain self-acceptance and supported me to make positive changes and achieve personal growth in my life.
